We believe everyone should have access to safe, stable housing – and that our community is stronger when our neighbors can secure an affordable place to call their home.
About Housing Search Assistance
Housing Search Assistance helps eligible individuals and families facing a housing crisis by providing resources, case management, and tools to attain affordable, sustainable housing within Larimer County.
This program provides all services free of charge, but it does not guarantee financial assistance to secure housing. If you are seeking emergency assistance, please visit I Need Help.
Please Note:
To ensure each client receives the housing search support they need, N2N will only accept client applications on a direct referral basis from participating partner agencies.
1. If you are a case manager and uncertain if your agency is a referral partner, email [email protected].
2. If you believe your household meets the eligibility requirements listed below, please ask your case manager about receiving a referral.
3. If you do not have a case manager, or have a general question about navigating community resources, call 970-488-2370 or email [email protected]. A Housing Search team member will contact you within five business days.
4. For general questions about N2N programs, call 970-484-7498. We also encourage you to review our Community Resource Packet and Community Resources Page for alternative supportive services, that may be helpful to you at this time.
