Current Volunteer Opportunities
Front Office Helper
Are you looking for a once-weekly volunteer shift of 3-4 hours? Then our front desk volunteer opportunity may be just the thing for you! Our front office volunteers can choose to work in our Fort Collins or Loveland office. They spend time greeting walk-in clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing referrals using our community resource guide and service information. Some light clerical work, including making copies, scanning documents, sorting mail, and assembling information packets. Basic computer and phone knowledge is needed, but training and staff support are always available.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) help is greatly needed!
Current Openings in Fort Collins:
- 9 AM – 12 PM every other Monday
- 12 PM – 4 PM every other Monday
- 12 PM – 4 PM every other Wednesday
Current Openings in Loveland:
- 9 AM – 12 PM Wednesdays
Market Day Volunteer (Monthly, June-Oct)
Market Days is a Larimer County program connecting lower-income older adults with free, fresh food from the Saturday morning farmers’ market in Fort Collins.
N2N needs one volunteer for the following assistance:
- Transport an older adult N2N resident in West Fort Collins to and from the market so she can shop for herself.
This commitment is needed one Saturday morning each month (your choice) through the end of October and requires a valid driver’s license and transportation.
Housing Search Assistant
We are looking for a caring and compassionate volunteer to join our Housing Search Assistance program and provide support to clients looking to rent in Larimer County. The perfect fit for this role is a people person who has knowledge of or is willing to learn about resources, rentals, and housing solutions in Larimer County. Either virtually or in office (your choice) you will be helping clients navigating Neighbor to Neighbor resources by understanding their rental needs and circumstances, and being knowledgeable about community and rental resources in Larimer County. Complete training and documents are provided by Neighbor to Neighbor.
