Can’t find the time in your busy schedule to take Neighbor to Neighbor’s in-person homebuyer Education class? You can take the online homebuyer education course! Ehome America is a great alternative to the in-person class.
What to expect: You can complete the course at your own pace, at any time of day. Please note that the online class may take at least 8 hours to complete. Upon completion of the course, a Neighbor to Neighbor Homeownership Advisor will contact you via email within 2 business days to schedule a brief phone follow-up call. Upon completion of follow-up meeting, the advisor will issue the certificate of completion.
Plan Ahead: We recommend you complete the course and required phone follow-up meeting no later than 5 business days before your closing date.
The eHome America course must be taken separately by each borrower on the loan. There is a $75 fee for the primary borrower, plus a $75 fee for each additional co-borrower. The primary borrower should register first and provide the co-borrower information at that time. Each co-borrower will then receive an email from eHome to register their own account.
