Affordable Communities

Neighbor to Neighbor offers 126 apartments of safe multi-family housing for moderate to low income renters in 10 communities located in Fort Collins and Loveland.

Affordable Apartments: Neighbor to Neighbor's Affordable Housing program is based on Federal HUD guidelines. A housing situation is "affordable" when the household does not pay more than 30% of combined income on housing.

For Neighbor to Neighbor's Affordable Apartments, tenants must earn enough to cover the entire rent, which is below market-rate.   Neighbor to Neighbor's Affordable housing communities are designed for individuals and families who earn between 30%-60% Area Median Income (AMI): between $24,600 - $46,080 a year for a family of four.  Here is a link to the Income Limits defining those guidelines.
