Neighbor to Neighbor offers 126 apartments of safe multi-family housing for moderate to low income renters in 10 communities located in Fort Collins and Loveland.

Section 8 Apartments: Neighbor to Neighbor has 2 project-based Section 8 programs. This means that qualifying low-income families pay no more than 30% of adjusted monthly income toward rent and the difference is subsidized by HUD.

Section 8 offers direct rent assistance. Families who earn 30% or less of the Area Median Income guidelines may qualify for Section 8 Housing. Neighbor to Neighbor currently has wait list for Section 8 Apartments.
