Neighbor to Neighbor Homeowner Assistance Advisors will be onsite to answer questions and help eligible mobile homeowners apply for assistance. This event is open to all.

Mobile Homeowners May Be Eligible For Assistance With:
- Mortgage assistance and reinstatement assistance
- Owner-occupied mobile home lot rent assistance
- Mobile home financing (“chattel loan”) pay down or payoff to allow for title transfer or refinance to reasonable market rate
- Utilities (electric, gas, internet service, home energy, water)
- Delinquent property taxes payment assistance
- Homeowner’s insurance payment assistance
Household Qualifications:
- Experienced a financial hardship after January 21, 2020, associated with the COVID-19 pandemic
- Household incomes equal to or less than 100% of the Area MedianIncome (documents required)
- Own and occupy a primary residence in Colorado
WHAT TO BRING:
- Have the following documents in hand or prepared for email:
- Valid Photo ID for all household members over the age of 18
- Most recent mortgage statement
- Most recent lot rent statement
- Recent tax statement
- Most recent utility statements – Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewer
- Most recent month’s pay stubs or 2022 TR for all household members over 18
