Whether you are just starting to explore the option of homeownership or you are about to close, Neighbor to Neighbor’s Homebuyer Education class provides a wide range of information about the home purchase process. Thanks to sponsor support, our HUD and CHFA-approved class is offered for free to everyone, and it fulfills the education requirements for many programs, including LHOP, USDA, and CHFA. Instructions For Class Registration

When you click the “Register Now” button below, select “Homeownership” and “I would like to sign up for next Homebuyer Education Class.” Then check “I agree to consent to receive documents electronically” box and select Continue.

Enter your name and email address before clicking “Create Account.”

“Confirm Your Account” in the Welcome email.

Sign into your account and select “Complete Profile.” Answer the questions and select “Save and Continue.”

On the “My Services Summary” tab, complete the “Homebuyer Education” profile.

Click the “Classes and Workshops” tab at the top. If you have answered all required questions in the Homebuyer Education section, you will see a “Schedule” button. Select this button and click “Purchase” next to the class you want.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with date, location and time of class.
