Homelessness Prevention 

The ultimate goal of this service is to improve the housing stability, economic health and security of people at imminent risk of homelessness. Neighbor to Neighbor's Housing Counselors will help develop a personalized plan to overcome an immediate housing crisis and achieve housing stability.

To be eligible for this service you must:

  • Be at imminent risk of homelessness
  • Earn less than 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Please see income chart below.

The households's gross annual income must be less than the listed amounts:
